A 50-point inspection system that protects your reviews, prevents missed checkouts, and keeps your property guest-ready every single time.

Running a successful Airbnb in Puerto Rico means mastering the turnover. Between San Juan's high-demand weekends and Rincón's surf season, you can't afford a single missed checkout or a bad review from a dirty property.

Why a Checklist Isn't Enough

Most hosts start with a basic checklist. The problem? A checklist tells you what to do — it doesn't tell you if it was done correctly. That's the difference between a cleaning service and a turnover system.

The 50-Point Inspection Framework

Our system breaks every turnover into five zones:

**Zone 1 — Entry & Common Areas** - Front door wiped, handle sanitized - Floors swept, mopped, and dried - All surfaces dusted including ceiling fans - Trash emptied and new liners placed - AC filters checked and cleaned

**Zone 2 — Kitchen** - All dishes washed, dried, and stored - Countertops sanitized with food-safe cleaner - Microwave interior cleaned - Refrigerator wiped inside and out - Coffee maker descaled weekly

**Zone 3 — Bathrooms** - Toilet bowl, seat, and base scrubbed - Shower/tub scrubbed and rinsed - Mirror streak-free - Fresh towels folded hotel-style - Toiletries restocked to standard

**Zone 4 — Bedrooms** - Linens changed and beds made to hotel standard - Under-bed area vacuumed - Closet organized and hangers straightened - Nightstand surfaces wiped - Lamps and switches cleaned

**Zone 5 — Outdoor Areas** - Balcony or patio swept - Outdoor furniture wiped - Pool area checked if applicable - Trash bins emptied

Photo Verification — The Game Changer

Every completed zone gets photographed. This creates a timestamped record that protects you from false damage claims and gives you proof of condition at checkout.

The Puerto Rico Factor

Puerto Rico's humidity means mold and mildew are real threats. Every turnover should include a moisture check in bathrooms and under sinks. This is non-negotiable for island properties.
